Michelle Swittenberg
Founder,
BRWL
When Michelle Swittenberg retired from her job as a marketing and sales executive at Verizon (at the age of 48), her love of fitness led her to inadvertently start a women's fitness challenge. What started as a group of 3 friends working out in her basement, turned into a quarterly fitness challenge – where Michelle saw firsthand the power of fitness to promote camaraderie and self-empowerment. Soon after, Michelle founded BRWL (Be Relentless With Life), a lifestyle and wellness community that was built on the premise that that when we challenge ourselves and are relentless with life – by trying new things, and even doing hard things – we are empowered. Currently, BRWL is going through it’s next pivot which will allow it to expand its service offering and its community. A New Jersey native, Michelle earned her BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from The Fuqua School at Duke University.
